99% of Printable coupons require a coupon software download. The only ones that don't are if a company issues a coupon in a .pdf file or through your e-mail.

You will have to download the coupon printer, but it is very small and very fast. I don't know of any website that you can print coupons off of without downloading it. I use coupons.com, but you can also go to mommysavesbig.com. The last one has a bunch of free samples. I have gotten a ton of them. The only thing I would recommend with that one is creating a dummy email so that you don't get bombarded with the emails they will send you.
Go to coupons.com and click on the thing where you enter your zipcode and they give you all the offers in your area and others. It costs nothing, and they don't even ask for you to sign up or enter information. It's great, I go there all the time. Hope you try it out.
I get printable coupons at the site below. You do need to enter your email address and zip code, but only so they can send you notice of new coupons a couple times a week. You don't have to fill out surveys or any of that crap.
Before you go make sure your grocery will use printed out coupons. The stores around me (dfw area) have signs posted saying they refuse the right to use them as to many have been counterfited...
