Where do people get coupons to sell on eBay?

How do people get 20 of one kind of coupon to sell on ebay? Do they work for the newspaper and get to take home the left over Sunday papers? How can someone get 20 Sunday papers without working for the newspaper company?Where do people get coupons to sell on eBay?
Many of the coupons that people sell on ebay are actually free and people buy them because they just don't know about them. Many of the coupons can be found online or a site like http://www.mrcheapstuff.com.

When people buy coupons online sometimes the sell just emails the person a link to the webpage where you can print out the coupon.

In other cases some people have access to many sunday newspaper coupons or manufacturers coupons. There are even coupon clubs that trade coupons.

It is amazing how much you can save if you ';hack'; the system.Where do people get coupons to sell on eBay?
They can buy them. Most papers have dozens of coupons each Sunday. I clip coupons but usually only about 10 a week.

Sell 5 sets of coupons for $3 each and that's $15, which is 10 of my local Sunday papers. Obviously it's not much money, but I guess it adds up.

I've bought coupons online for items that are on sale locally. It hardly costs anything but you can get a bunch of stuff for just a little money.

Sites that accept government coupons to buy digital converter box?

Could you mention the ones you know? Thanks in advance!Sites that accept government coupons to buy digital converter box?
When you get a coupon, a list of retailers in your area should be included. There is also a list of online retailers. You can find both here:

Why do companies print coupons with ';do not Double'; when the stores are the ones who cover the cost of dbling?

I see coupons, especially the ones dispensed on store shelves, which say ';Do not double';. Since the stores themselves are absorbing the cost of the doubling, why should the manufacturers care? Why do companies print coupons with ';do not Double'; when the stores are the ones who cover the cost of dbling?
A little inside info. The grocery stores send all coupons to companies who pay them per pound for the coupons. That company then sends the coupons back to the manufature to get thier money. Also, sometimes that product is a product where there is very little mark up so to double the coupon would make the stores profit smaller. Why do companies print coupons with ';do not Double'; when the stores are the ones who cover the cost of dbling?
With many stores offering double or triple coupons all the time, the manufacturer wants to be clear that it will only pay the face value. When a store chooses to double or triple coupons anyway, the store is basically taking a loss. Report Abuse

Does it pay off to buy the sunday paper for coupons?

Anyone have advice on how to sort out or 'weed' out useless coupons? THanx.Does it pay off to buy the sunday paper for coupons?
I usually buy the sunday paper for coupons. I used to not but i have learned many tips to couponing and saving hundreds on my grocery bill thanks to a website i came across http://www.afullcup.com. They have many couponing experts that are eager to help out even people like me that bearly used coupons. Now i love going to the store and having 150 worth of groceries and only spending 40 :). Check out AFC they have store matchups for free (grocery game charges for this), they are starting to do video tutorials of how to use the site and couponing. Plus they have a coupon database that you can print coupons from plus a FSOT forum where you can buy sell or trade for coupons you use.

Sorry i got a little off track but YES buying the sunday paper is worth it. As you can always trade the coupons you don't use on AFC for ones you will use :).Does it pay off to buy the sunday paper for coupons?
There are better ways to get coupons in my opinion - you can find some good ways here:

    http://www.ehow.com/how_4561288_free-gro鈥?/a>

We buy 2 different newspapers every sunday just for the coupons. We do sort out what we use %26amp; what we might use if it's on sale. Most of the supermarkets nowadays double coupons up to .99 cents. We just went to A%26amp;P last week, they had TRIPLE coupons!!! We made out like bandits, LOL...Look at your weekly store circulars for items you already have a coupon for. I also didn't know that BJ'S wholesale clubs accept coupons, just ask the stores that you shop in if they take them. Good luck!!!
If you use them along with sales they can be a great benefit. I buy at least two papers a week and save the coupons. I cut the ones I know I will use and keep the rest in a drawer. Then I look at my favorite website and match my coupons up with the sales that CVS, Food Lion, Publix, Walgreens etc... are having and I end up cutting my grocery bill and half and I also get a lot of beauty products free. If you have a CVS in your area I would definitely read the information below and follow the links. You could be saving a lot of money!!

The best coupon website that I have found is http://www.HotCouponWorld.com. It has loads of information about every type of coupon you are looking for. There is so much information that you really have to take the time and read through all the forums to get the full benefit.

I get a lot of great printable coupon links off of this forum http://www.hotcouponworld.com/forums/pri鈥?/a> Tons of grocery and health and beauty coupons

This site has also helped me to match my coupons with sales at certain stores and if you read through the forums will teach you everything you need to know. I save the most money shopping to CVS which I always thought was too expensive. When you use their sales and their Extra Care Bucks rewards you actually get so much free and many times you get what is called an ';overage'; which is where with the discounts you actually earn money so you get things for free and they basically pay you to shop there. You do have to put some time into it at first but once you get the hang of it it's like second nature. Here is a link to the drug store forums (Walgreens, RiteAid, CVS etc...) http://www.hotcouponworld.com/forums/dru鈥?/a>

Also, another great thing is that they have forums for each grocery store. So you can click on which ever grocery store you want to shop at and you will see where people have already matched up coupons with the stores sales which is very helpful. (This is how you get a lot of food free or for very little money.) http://www.hotcouponworld.com/forums/gro鈥?/a>

This is another great way to get coupons... the following is a link to many different manufacturers. If you click on the ';Contact Us'; link on each website and just compliment their products or ask for coupons 75% or more will mail you coupons. Most of them are great coupons ( I just got 4 coupons for free Playtex tampons (6.99 value each). Because you do have to fill in your name and address you would want to use an auto fill program so that with a click of a button everything is filled in (ex. name, address, email etc.) then all you have to do is write a personal message and hit send. I make up a generic message complimenting the product and save it on my computer. When I am requesting for coupons I just copy and paste that message so I don't have to type anything. It takes all of maybe 15 seconds on each website for great return in coupons.

    http://docs.google.com/View?docid=dfk9rd鈥?/a>

I know all of this information can really help you just have to take the time to read and teach yourself to really cut your grocery bill in half. I more then cut mine in half and that is not including the free name brand shampoo, conditioner, make up, face wash, body wash, and personal hygiene products.
I used to buy the sunday paper for coupons, and honestly I usually found enough to make up for the cost of the paper. Usually this was even for things that I would buy anyways - so I wasn't ';pulled into buying things I don't need';.

But I realized over time that there is not use to buying the sunday paper - because all the coupons in there can be found easily online. This is especially true for the ';sunday ads'; or ';circulars'; that stores like Office Depot, Staples, Best Buy, Sears, etc. put in there. You can just go to their website on a Sunday and click on their ';Weekly Ad'; or ';Sunday circular'; section to see the exact same thing. Same goes for many of the other inserts - as long as you buy the paper once to see what's always in there, you can then just go to the websites of the companies that place them there.

As for my strategy: I simply track deals as the week goes along. I don't like to be pulled into ';limited time offer'; as I feel often tempted to buy something that I might not need and I don't even know if it's the best deal out there. Instead, I like to be patient and track deals and coupons and offers. You might not realize it, but there are coupons and deals every single day. It's just that the paper only has them once a week. If you go on a website like http://www.CouponsCatalog.com, you can track things every day - and if you see a price you like, you go with it. But at least you know that you've compared and a third party has also confirmed that this is actually a deal. Otherwise you're just trusting the company itself that's selling it...
IF you actually use the coupons, you can easily re-coup the cost of the paper(+) to make it worth your while!
That is going to depend on how much your Sunday paper(s) cost and the store coupon policies on your area.

I buy the Sunday paper (bundled is usually cheaper) for the coupons. The Krogers and Albertsons in my area double coupons up to $0.39 and triple coupons up to $0.50, and Wal-mart price matches, so getting just 1 or 2 good coupons more that pays for the price of the paper.

I also get coupon inserts from friends and neighbors that don't use them. If you shop at Kroger, register your card for the electronic coupons that work in addition to the paper coupons. And don't forget to print online coupons if your area stores accept them.

Also, ';useless'; is a relative term. Do you use the product? Will the coupon make that particular product cheaper than its generic counterpart? It may be more of a matter of organization. If you don't want to cut them all, store the uncut inserts in a 3 ring binder, and cut them as you need them.
if you sunday paper is 2bux and you find a dollar off coupon for something you can use then find a store that doubles coupons... and in a paper when you get coupons there will always be coupons that you dont want to use.... im giving you a site that will help you with coupons... my husband uses it all the time

  • Does anyone have any good tips on saving money at the grocery store other than coupons?

I go to get groceries theese days and it feels like it just burns my money. There has to be ways of getting around spending so much for so little!Does anyone have any good tips on saving money at the grocery store other than coupons?
You can shop at cheaper stores too. Most Walmarts have grocery sections now and the prices are VERY low. If you live in Texas HEB is the best.Does anyone have any good tips on saving money at the grocery store other than coupons?
Buy the store brand on some of the stuff you get. Most of the time, it is just as good (there are exeptions of course). It is usually a lot cheaper.

Don't fall for the card programs where you get a card and get a discount. Just go to a store that just has cheaper prices to begin with.

Cook more. Don't buy prepared stuff if you can make it yourself. Buy a lot of chicken and ground beef and you can make a lot of different dishes, with some extra ingredients. The prepared stuff means that you are paying for the ingredients and also paying someone to put it all together for you. Besides, it is fun to do some cooking.

Plan your shopping. Some stores offer better deals than others. Also, pay attention to specials. Go online before you shop and check out the stores in your area. Many have specials listed online. Some stores are better for buying meat and some are better for buying vegetables. You need to try different stores and figure out which ones work better for you. Be careful not to waste your savings on gas going to all of the different stores.

Be careful buying stuff in bulk. Sometimes, you will end up paying more per item than if you had just bought them separate. Not always, but sometimes. You may need to bring a calculator with you. Just take the number of items in the package and divide that into the price. Choose the one that gives the lowest price per unit.
Buy things in bigger packages and separate it at home... Those little packages of things add up quick. Watch for sales and buy extra when the price is low. Buy the house brand - it is way cheaper and just as good. I generally don't shop with a list... I look at what is on sale and fix my meals based on what I get. Avoid junk food too - it is empty calories - and usually just a waste of money!
You do not say how many do you shop for? For buying in larger quantities Sam's Club or Costco are good, and you can freeze some of the food for later use and theirs prices are very good. You do need to join the club, and sometimes you can shop with a friend that already belongs and see how you like it before getting your own membership. There are many benefits of the membership as well on other items they carry. Yes everything has gone up in price and always watch for specials. I should know I am a saver too.
Get a membership. They are free at Fred Meyers, Carrs (safeway), Albertsons, and this one in Boston....
    shop lifitin!!!
Yes, i am a stay at home mom so i'm always looking for a way to budget.

    Here's something that helps me:

I make out a whole months dinner schedule. And then only buy the items necessary to cook those meals. Don't forget snacks and desserts.

Watch out for sales. Buy things you run out of quickly in bulk. Like toilet paper, paper towels. Etc.

Make a list before you go and STICK TO IT!

Don't be afraid to buy store brands. Not only are they much cheaper at times, but they often taste just like the pricer brands. The only exception I found is with off brand cereal. They seem to lack the taste found in originals.

When buying meats, search through the packages and find the cheaper ones. Sure the poundage is less but trust me you really can't tell!

    Hope this helps.
How about going to your local grocery store that is the cheapest? There are differences you know. Do you have a Food 4 Less nearby? They are the cheapest, or like a Costco? Or any wholesaler grocery store, where you can buy more for less and stock up. Buying in bulk can save, and it makes you get in your fridge and cook something rather than buy fresh all the time. Just when you buy bulk items to store in the freezer, have the stuff divi'ed up before you freeze it, so you can take out as you need to cook. Also, try going generic if you really want to save. Forget the brands, that's where a chunk of your change goes for each branded item you buy, and it adds up. Check out your bill after a week or 2, you'll see a difference. Hope this helps ;)
Buy store brand rather than national brand. Compare cost per unit rather than total cost of the container.
Go to the cheapest stores for food, because seriously a banana is a banana! You look around for the best deals and bulk-buy the stuff you get regularly like oatmeal or rice, for example, - often Indian or Chinese shops do good deals. I once lasted a week on roughly 14 dollars which I spent on filling natural food. The fresh produce and canned fruit and veg tends to work out cheapest. Stay away from frozen food if you can, because it costs a lot.

Travelling to Edmonton in 2 weeks: Are there any places to get coupons for discounts in Edmonton?

Looking specifically for discounts to restaurants, theme park and water park at West Edmonton Mall and museums like the RAM. (Don't need any hotel info as staying with a friend).

Also does anyone have any suggestions on things to see or do?Travelling to Edmonton in 2 weeks: Are there any places to get coupons for discounts in Edmonton?
Certain times when you go the West Edm Mall they will have a booklet at the customer service centre that has some coupons and discounts. Also if you are a CAA/AAA member they also offer discounts on the Attractions at the Mall. Like already suggested you can try the tourism office or website, but I am not sure if they have anything.

If you wait until the last 3 hrs of the day they offer usually around $10 off the water park and the amusement park.

There's the Telus World of Science with IMAX (Odyssium), High Level Bridge and Streetcar, Fort Edmonton Park, Muttart Conservatory

There are a lot of things to do in Edmonton, ask around when you get there at customer service/tourism centres they will know about discounts.Travelling to Edmonton in 2 weeks: Are there any places to get coupons for discounts in Edmonton?
Try a tourist information office. Otherwise, no.

How do you double a coupons worth?

I have heard of double coupon days but how do I know if my local stores have that?? I shop at Walmart, Winn Dixie, Publix, and AlbertsonsHow do you double a coupons worth?
The stores will advertise the fact that they double coupons, sometimes on a set day of the week. I've never heard of any of the stores you mentioned doubling coupons. How do you double a coupons worth?
Stores used to do that a heck of a lot more often then they do now. I live in MN and one of my local stores has done it maybe 5x in the 8 years I've lived here (and always for 1 day only...like a Tuesday or Wednesday).

Back in DE where I grew up, it was every Sunday or something like that.

Anyway, the way it works is that coupons are doubled up to a certain amount...normally $1. So if you have a 50 cent off coupon, you will get $1 off. If you have a 30 cent off coupon, you will get 60 cents off. BUT, anything over 50 cents will still only be at most $1 off.
You pretty much have to ask or check their weekly ads to see. I highly doubt Walmart has a doubling policy.

Most of the ones I see who double are supermarkets. I didn't see any of that action in Chicago, but here in Boston two of the chains (Stop %26amp; Shop, Price Chopper) double coupons every day. Occasionally Price Chopper issues triple coupons that, when paired with a manufacturer's coupon, triples its value.

They limit doubling on coupons whose value is less than $1 and those not marked ';doubling not allowed';.

Yes you can get them now but you will wait for the mailing time. It is the US government after all. I ordered mine in February and still have not got mine yet. Supposed to be mailed soon.

Why are some grocery store coupons are marked do not double?

I always thought the stores paid the extra discount when they double the coupon value. If coupons are issued to increase sales, why would manufacturers care if the store doubled it? Wouldn't that be good for them? Why are some grocery store coupons are marked do not double?
Some manufacturers have agreements with retailers that they will pay if the store does a double coupon day or something like that. If one of those manufacturers has an exception to that policy, ';do not double'; will be printed on the coupon, but usually the store will absorb the cost of doubling it anyway.

How can I print off coupons from the net ?

My pc is out dated and I can't download the coupon printer program to print off the online coupons. I know I can get coupons through my newspaper and the mail but there are tons more coupons that I can get online that isn't offer through my newspaper/mail. Is there another way for me to get these coupons that are being offer online without downloading this program?

*Operating system: Windows 98How can I print off coupons from the net ?
Read the second to last paragraph below....

How can I print off coupons from the net ?

How can I save money on groceries with coupons in Canada like people do in the US?

I have watched show on US TV where shoppers save tons of money using coupons for their groceries. Is it possible to do the same here in Canada? How can I save money on groceries with coupons in Canada like people do in the US?
It is not as easy believe me, I clip them also, the Us has more due to the competition between grocery stores and food manufacturers, I would say like I do, sit down and write a list and pick 1 or 2 stores to shop at ( I shop at No Frills on Dufferin St/Bloor St and Price Chopper on Dupont St and once and a while FoodBasics at Dufferin and Dupont, here in Toronto, I live in the Annex area), I am a single former chef, diabetic and a lacto-ovo vegetarian now due to health issues, and find this is the best way, but do use the store coupons, flyer ones, magazine ones and any other you can find, with the rising costs of food, prices for dairy, bread and veg going up due to the fuel crisis, any place you can save is a benefit. And with the local veg and fruits in the summer it is easier, even buy extra and can, freeze or pickle to make ends meet like our parents and grandparents did in the 30'/40's and 50's, stretch the food budget were you can, I do and I am on disability to so I am on a fixed income. How can I save money on groceries with coupons in Canada like people do in the US?

Sure it will save you some money using coupons but takes lots of discipline to make sure you don't ended up with a bunch of stuff you don't need.

You time might be better spend to find a job.

    Best wishes.
buy the sunday newspaper -- it always have a bunch of coupons in it -- be careful when using coupons -- let say they have a brand name product with a coupon worth 35 cents but it could be 40 cents higher than the store brand.. also do not buy a product that you have a coupon for that you really will not use,
Check your local newspaper on Sundays...there are TONS of coupons for you to clip. Also, research the grocery stores around you...some of them double coupons! (A coupon for 50 cents off instead takes $1 off.) For example, Giant Eagle grocery stores in the Pittsburgh area do this.
email me and I will put you onto a site that gives you free gift certificates I have received over $400.00 since I started

    Absolutely FREE

    .

    .

    .

    .
We only use coupons for items we regularly buy unless it is a full-price coupon, which makes it free.

We use coupons for all of our shopping. However, we rarely use online coupons because the newspaper coupons are much more valuable. For example, why use a 25-cent coupon online when the newspaper has a 75-cent coupon for the same item?

    Here's my best advice:

    1. Invest in 1-2 Sunday newspapers and clip out the coupons.

    2. For the coupons you use most often, go to eBay, where you can purchase extras at a very reasonable price. We usually pay no more than $1-$3 for 10-20 coupons, including shipping (a first-class stamp and #10 envelope).

Here's a direct link to the listings: http://health-beauty.listings.ebay.com/C鈥?/a>

    3. If you want to go online, here's a couple web sites we do frequent for product news, trials, recipes and, occasionally, a coupon:

    http://www.pg.com/en_US/products/index.j鈥?/a>

    http://www.kraftfoods.com/kf?e=email

We've had the best luck online filling out company surveys. The company, in turn, sends us a product trial or a coupon for the full price of the product. (Last week, we received a coupon for a box of Capri Sun drinks, a $3.50 value.)

Email me if you need more help.
It would take a lot of work to use enough coupons to not pay for groceries, but you can shop at places that double them. But when I did that, I ended up buying things I really didn't need just because. You can get them in the Sunday paper.
The Sunday paper is probably your best source. By the way, if you want to know a way to get money back every time you shop at Ebay and over 120 online stores, then send me an email.
TheGroceryGame.com has a list of grocery coupons...you can print only the ones your want. BTW you do not have to join to print the coupons. :)

Why are coupons always set to expire on the last day of the month?

Is it so people can remember the exp. date better or ...something else? Why are coupons always set to expire on the last day of the month?
It is easier to remember. Some online retailers expire coupons at the end of every quarter. Some expire at the end of every month. Some set coupon expiration date based on sales calendar. Why are coupons always set to expire on the last day of the month?
It's more to coincide with accounting IMO.

I don't know about the coupons... and $200 for a ';nursery in a box'; sounds like a good deal... perhaps there is someone else in your family that would be willing to split the cost? Or several someones?

If not you could always try looking at yard sales and second hand shops... Most of the things I've bought for my new baby are all from yard sales and second hand shops and most of it looks new and cost almost nothing! I'm sure your sister will appreciate it no matter where you buy things for baby!

There is a site called www.restaurant.com. They have gift certificates for many of the San Antonio restaurants.

There are currently 45 restaurants to choose from in San Antonio. They sell the $25.00 gift certificates for $10.00 but thru Sept. 9, 2007 they are having a Labor Day sale and the certificates are $5.00 if you put the word LABOR in the discount code box. We use this often and buy several gift certificates when they have a sale at often 50-60% off. As we eat out frequently, it is like getting $20 off the price of a dinner, which is usually better than a buy on get one free coupon. The site also has restaurants in every major city so you can use it for where you live.

Also the site has links to the restaurants sites so you can usually see the menu before you buy a gift certificate.

The site I always use is SearchAllDeals.com. You can start with a search term ';grocery coupons';. Here is a direct link to the search result:

You also can use the name of the store as a search term. It would be helpful to add the word 'printable' if you are looking for in-store coupons.

I go directly to the products manufactures sight, like Procter and Gamble, Betty Crocker and etc. I have gotten a lot of coupons from them. I am going to star your question, I would like to see where other people are going.

    Thanks for asking

How would you react if your date used coupons to pay for your dinner?

Would you get turned off and never see him again for another date? How would you react if your date used coupons to pay for your dinner?
I wouldn鈥檛 mind at all whether he used coupons or a bag of gold coins to pay for the meals as long as I enjoyed his company and the food. But I can't promise that I won't laugh! He's nice enough to take me to dinner, he can pay for it any way he likes.

However, if he turned out to be a cheap tipper, that would bother me. A lot.

How would you react if your date used coupons to pay for your dinner?
I would applaud him for saving money during these tough economic times, and I would also trust him to go grocery shopping alone.

I definitely wouldn't get turned off by someone wanting to save money. But if my food choices were limited to something included on a BOGO coupon,I wouldn't be too happy, but I wouldn't stop dating the person.
No...that's thrifty. It means he knows how to handle his money.

  • What do maplestorys exp hair coupoun and membership coupons do?

o-o i read the little thing in the cash shop

O.e..but i dont think its telling me all i need to know so can u all tell me?What do maplestorys exp hair coupoun and membership coupons do?
You can go to a certain town, and each town has their own hair shop, and you can get new hairstyles or hair colors. For example, if you buy a Ludirium VIP hairstyle coupon, you can only get your hairstyle changed in Ludirium, not Henesys, Kerning City, etc. Now as for the TYPE of coupon, their is Regular and VIP I believe. A regular coupon will give you a random hairstyle or color, which might end up messing up your character. A VIP lets you choose before you commit. The VIP coupons cost more in the NX Cash shop however. Decisions, decisions.
