Honestly, you get what you pay for, so your best bet is to buy coupons on eBay.





I've been buying coupons on eBay for a couple years now. The shipping cost is rarely more than a first-class stamp. I buy coupons in sets of 10 and sell the extras to my co-workers at cost.

Stores like Target, Rite Aid, Walgreens will take their own store cpn along with a manuf. cpn (such as the ones you are printing)
