I've only looked at one and I was going to have to set up an account and/or install an additional program on my computer. Are all coupon sites like that? I'm new to online coupon clipping so help me out. What is the best website to find a variety of grocery store coupons?

Yes, you typically need to set up an account and install software. This is to prevent people from printing out dozens of the same coupons or from fraudulently altering the coupons.
The online coupon site I typically use is SmartSource: http://coupons.smartsource.com/
Some grocery store sites also have direct links to sites to print coupons; typically they're just a privately branded version of the SmartSource site, but they can still be worth visiting since the printing of coupons is tracked separately for each one, which means that if there's a coupon for, say, Cheerios, you can probably print it once from the SmartSource site and a second time from your supermarket's version of the site. For the supermarkets, the coupons may have the name of the store printed on them, but if they're manufacturer coupons you can redeem them anywhere.
Also, some supermarkets either do not accept Internet coupons or have restrictions. Mine, for example, does not take Internet coupons for free items or over $4. Check your store's policies to be sure.
