Best way to email customers coupons with something made in indesign?

My mom is paying me to create a coupon and email it to all of her customers. I created the coupon in indesign but can't leave it in that format, as most people do not have indesign. What is the best format to put the coupon in, and how exactly would i do that.

I assume your mum is using outlook or something similar to email the coupons? I would go to file%26gt;export - and export it as a PDF, with the lowest possible file size (so it doesn't clog people's emails up).

Another option would be to export it as a jpeg, depending on how shes emailing them she might then be able to have it actually in the email rather than as an attachment.

Hope this helps!
