If it helps it will be 2 adults and my daughter going.Anyone know where we can get discount coupons for the Dallas World Aquarium?
We went a couple of months ago and I wasn't able to find any coupons anywhere. My sister-in-law who lives in the area tells me that some locals can get coupons through their employers. I didn't think of it at the time but you might call the aquarium and ask them.
Dress for warm weather as part of the exhibit is a rain forest and it's pretty warm. Try to go in the morning on a weekday. I think an 8 year old will love it, though. The manatees were my favorites! But the octopus was pretty cool also. Then there was the HUGE alligator....we didn't think he was real at first, but then we saw him move. ....I could go on and on.
Oh yeah, be sure to turn on Griffin Street, not Griffin Boulevard. They are right next to each other. Actually the entrance is on the north west corner of the building which is at the corner of Corbin St. and Laws St.
edit: the aquarium at fair park is closed for remodeling.Anyone know where we can get discount coupons for the Dallas World Aquarium?
The Dallas World Aquarium is one of those places that does not take coupons. The ';better'; places are like that. Food will run you a lot more. The Aquarium at Fair Park is a lot cheaper, but the atmosphere is also. It's also publicly funded which the Dallas World Aquarium is not.
You might find one on http://www.availablerightnow.com but i'm not sure
